This is an old nineteenth century country house built on two floors, completely restored in the full respect of the structure and the original materials and according to the seismic and the energy saving criteria. In the heart of a romantic Umbrian valley, the beige tones of the stone walls of the Casale emerge in the surrounding green landscape, whereas a warm red colour is given by the “cotto” that is the traditional floor made by terracotta of Castelviscardo. The front door opens onto a large reception room bringing to a spacious living room where in winter you can enjoy to stay beside an old fireplace. At the first floor, another lounge is a quiet place to read.
